How far in advance do I need to place my order?
Due to our high order volume, please place your orders at least two weeks prior to needing them in hands to ensure all items are in stock and available prior to delivery, If you need your gifts by a certain date, PLEASE contact us first to check on our current production time/schedule. Rush options are available and we are happy to work with you to make sure each gift is ready by your deadline.
Do you create custom boxes?
Custom boxes are our favorite! We love designing unique gift boxes and specialize in providing customized corporate, client/closing, workshop, welcome, and wedding party gifts (order minimum may apply). Email us for more info.
I want to order multiple boxes shipping to multiple addresses, but your website only allows me to enter one address per order. Help!
Ah yes, the frustrations with template websites...we know, it's annoying to us too! We are working on providing a custom website that will allow you to add multiple shipping addresses per order, but for now, you can either (1) place a separate order for each recipient, or (2) email us the details of your multiple piece order and we will send you a PayPal invoice to pay in one transaction.
I'm sending my gift directly to the recipient...will a packing slip or invoice be included?
Nope! Because your gift is just that, a gift, no packing slip or invoice of any kind is ever included in the shipping box.
I'm purchasing multiple size gift boxes - how do I let you know which size for which person?
Go ahead purchase the amounts of each box, then send us an email with a confirmation number to and we will share a google doc for the breakdown of the information. We will make sure your gifts are packaged correctly!
