Due to Covid-19, we are not offering returns. If for some reason you or the recipient are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our very best to resolve the issue. Any breakage that may have occurred in transit must be reported within 3 days of receipt to be eligible for replacement.
Due to the detailed nature and our high order volume, our current order processing time is 7-10 business days, not including transit time. For single gift box orders, we ship via USPS 2-day. Orders of 2 or more boxes ship via FedEx and transit time depends on location proximity to California. Multiple piece shipments are priced based on size and weight. If you would like a shipping quote prior to ordering or have an order of 10 boxes or more, please contact us with your order request.
